It is easy to become a member of the society. Everyone interested in bryophytes are welcome to become a member.

The annual membership fee in NBS is 50 SEK/7 €/10 $.

In order to save bank charges you may pay for more than one year.

Methods of payment:

1. Payments from Norway to our Norwegian bank account at Den norske Bank, DnB: 7878. 05. 53498.

2. Payments from Sweden to our Swedish postal giro, Postgiro 38 74 83-1.

3. To our Swedish bank account, number (IBAN): SE18 9500 0099 6042 0387 4831 with Nordea Bank Sweden, SE-105 71 Stockholm. Swift: NDEASESS.

4. With a credit card to PayPal via the Internet. Enter the PayPal web site www.paypal.com and click the tab "Send money". (If you wish you may watch a "demo" showing the payment process.) You will find NBS by entering the e-mail address, leifapp(at)swipnet.se.

5. By check issued by a bank: International money order, international draft, bank draft, official check, or cashier´s check, payable to Nordic Bryological Society, c/o Leif Appelgren, Belfragegatan 34H, SE-462 37 Vänersborg, Sweden. (Do not use personal checks. Also, note that so called Eurocheques are not valid in Sweden.) If you pay by check, please add 70 SEK (8 €, 10 $) for bank charges.
